These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the abn8 platform, including the website at abn8.win and all associated gaming services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an abn8 account or using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age to register an abn8 account and place real-money wagers. abn8 does not knowingly permit access to individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the abn8 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. abn8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.
2.5 abn8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent intent, identity misrepresentation, or eligibility non-compliance.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abn8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your abn8 account, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify abn8 support immediately and change your password without delay.
3.3 abn8 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from abn8 that requests your password or payment credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
3.4 You agree to keep your registered contact information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may affect your ability to receive important security notifications or process withdrawals.
4.1 abn8 accepts deposits from payment methods listed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Supported methods include, but are not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfers via major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
4.2 All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed within the Cashier section and may be updated at abn8's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same account holder, subject to successful identity verification. abn8 reserves the right to request identity documentation (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or payment method verification) before approving any withdrawal.
4.4 abn8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the point of request. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. abn8 does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
4.5 abn8 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account wallet where: (a) verification requirements have not been met; (b) the withdrawal would leave a negative or zero bonus balance; or (c) where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4.6 Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming activity only. abn8 is not a financial institution and your account wallet does not bear interest.
5.1 abn8 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, and other incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Unless stated otherwise, bonus wagering contributions vary by game type.
5.3 Only one (1) bonus may be active on your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonus funds being voided.
5.4 abn8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms. Winnings generated through bonus abuse may be voided and the account may be suspended.
5.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players who exhibit patterns inconsistent with recreational play may have their bonus eligibility restricted.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the abn8 platform are final once confirmed. abn8 does not accept cancellation or modification requests for bets after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sportsbook rules.
6.2 abn8 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed after an event has concluded; (b) a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or other irregular activity.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held by abn8's gaming systems shall constitute the primary evidence. Players may raise a dispute through the abn8 support team within 30 days of the relevant event.
6.4 abn8 sportsbook odds are provided on an as-available basis. abn8 reserves the right to suspend markets, limit maximum bet sizes, and decline to accept bets on any event at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abn8 platform:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required.
8.1 abn8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity has occurred; or (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.
8.2 Upon termination for cause, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all balances may be forfeited.
8.3 You may close your abn8 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
9.1 The abn8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abn8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or timely availability of the platform.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abn8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
9.3 abn8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10.1 abn8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.
10.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, wager caps, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation.
10.3 Players who are self-excluded may not create new accounts or attempt to circumvent their exclusion. abn8 will void any winnings generated by a self-excluded player who has circumvented their exclusion.
10.4 The minimum age to hold an abn8 account is 21 years. If abn8 discovers that a player is under the minimum age, the account will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the relevant payment method after verification.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which abn8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the abn8 internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism under abn8's licensing authority.
11.2 Prior to escalating any dispute externally, players must first submit a formal complaint to abn8 support and allow a minimum of 14 days for a written response. abn8 aims to resolve all complaints within this timeframe.
12.1 abn8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record and/or via a notice on the abn8 platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Continued use of the abn8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
